Kelowna Real Estate Market Report April 2018

In April, the Central Okanagan market recorded a decrease in unit sales when compared to April of 2017. Single family residential homes were off 11.76% recording 225 sales compared to 255. Strata apartments were off 20% with 129 sales compared to 162 last year. Townhomes were down from 82 sales to 76 (-7%). The year-to-date totals tell a similar story for the first 4 months of 2018. Overall, total unit sales are down 12% from last year at the same time.
