For the last 3 years David has been acknowledged as Macdonald Realty Kelowna’s top producing residential agent. Born and raised in Kelowna, David graduated from UBC with a degree in Urban Land Economics, specializing in appraisals. He was originally licenced in 1980 and has been a member of the Real Estate Institute (RI) for over 30 years. David has excellent knowledge about real estate in Kelowna and the Central Okanagan. He specializes in residential homes, condos, luxury properties, farms and acreages. He also has intimate knowledge with new home construction, commercial properties and Big White Ski Resort. David has a reputation of high integrity and has a proven track record of effectively marketing and selling all types of real estate.
As an avid skier, boater & landscape artist, Jaxon Jurome loves living in the Okanagan and has a gift for helping people buy and sell a lifestyle that is unlike anywhere else in the world. In recognition of his consistent sales volumes, Jaxon joined the ranks of the Macdonald Realty Presidents Club in 2017 & again in 2018. Jaxon is also a Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE�®) & has a Bachelor of Science Degree from UBCO (Major Earth & Environmental Science, Minor Economics). With immense knowledge of the local neighbourhoods and surrounding areas, Jaxon handles all aspects of residential real estate in the Central Okanagan and Big White Ski Resort. He is a strong, effective communicator and enjoys building trusting, lifelong relationships with all of his clients.
You may also know Jaxon from the art world. With his work displayed in numerous shows throughout the Okanagan Valley, Jaxon is the proud President of the Central Okanagan Chapter Federation of Canadian Artists (FCA COC).With over 170 members, the FCA COC is now one of Canada’s largest communities of visual artists! As President, Jaxon plays an active role setting up shows and organizing events for this registered charity and non-profit organization with aim to promote artistic development and professional enhancement for the vibrant community of artists throughout the Okanagan Valley. As an ambassador for sport in the Central Okanagan, Jaxon has always had a passion for athletics and actively races in Ironman, cycling & triathlon events both locally and around the world! In 2019, he qualified and raced in Ironman 70.3 World Championships in Nice, France thanks to the support of his sponsors Kinetic Evolution, Love the Pain Performance Wear and the Balance Point Racing team. With the turn of the new decade, he has now set his sights on competing in full distance Ironman events starting with the very challenging Ironman St.George, Utah taking place in May 2020!
Jaxon also has a strong passion for mental health awareness. After losing a close friends to this illness & seeing the growing homelessness and drug addiction problems in the community, Jaxon partnered up with CMHA Kelowna in January of 2020. In addition to donating 10% of his artistic proceeds to this incredible organization, Jaxon’s focus with this partnership is to use the power of creativity to catch eyes through his paintings and focus them on this extremely important cause that affects us all. In addition to raising awareness for Mental Health, Jaxon is also involved with the Okanagan YMCA helping kids get access to sports programs. Having been incredibly lucky to partake in sports growing up, Jaxon understands and values the lifelong foundations that childhood participation in sports creates for developing minds & developing bodies. He a committee member for the annual YMCA Charity Golf Tournament (July 20, 2020) and active proponent and participant for Cycle for Strong Kids!
