years which have presented a number of unique situations in our marketplace.
Inventory has been watched very closely over the last two years. In 2016 the listing activity was 10,332 units compared to
2017 at 10,573 units, which is an increase of 2.33%. Currently, the past year finished with the total number of units on the
market at 1,891 compared to 1,841 in 2016 – a difference of only 2.7%.
